Live-out handyman/gardener in Holland Park

On behalf of our client based in Holland Park, we are currently looking for a live-out gardener/handyman.
The Gardener/Handyman will have extensive experience in and thorough understanding of the running of a large house.
On the back of such experience, the candidate is expected to be a versatile and knowledgeable individual capable of carrying day-to-day handyman duties as well as the upkeeping of a garden.
We are looking for a dynamic individual that can be flexible and hardworking.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
9:00AM-6:00PM
Duties:
General household maintenance (electricity, plumbing, painting, repairs…)
Gardening
All tenants’ responsibilities
Skills:
Ability to multi tasks and work independently
Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality.
Salary & package:
Full-time, Live-out, Permanent Contract
Yearly gross salary is around £35K
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
