The condition is excellent I had to cut a hole to fit the V6 Vivids OPA now it fits perfectly.
Tube: Western Electric 408A
If you want to test this Amp before then please bring your headphones, this Amp is only suitable for High End Headphones which needs a bit more power to sound best.
Tube is there to give more emotion to the sound, please note tube rolling is essential to find your desired sound flavour.
