Accounts Legal Cashier - Competitive Salary - Southwest Norfolk - Full Time
Reed Accountancy and Finance are proud to be working with a well-established legal services provider in the Southwest Norfolk area who require an Accounts Legal Cashier to join their finance team.
The Accounts Legal Cashier will have a keen interest in developing a career in Finance. They will also possess strong communications skills, interpersonal skills, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
The Accounts Legal Cashier position itself entails the following in summary:
Post bookkeeping entries.Maintaining relevant copies of bookkeeping entries within the filing and accounts system.Assisting the Accountant as required by photocopying documents as required.Assisting other member of staff with particular problems relating to accounts queries on case.Occasionally assisting with client queries and requests.Occasionally travelling out of the office.Ensuring all duties and responsibilities are conducted efficiently and thoroughly and to ensure that client care is treated as the utmost priority. Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Written and oral communication skills.IT skills.Organisation skills.Accounting and Financial procedures.Previous experience within legal services provider.Bookkeeping by experience or qualifications preferred. Salary, Working Schedule and Benefits:
Competitive salary.Full time, office-based position. Monday to Thursday - 9am -5.30pm, Friday 9am to 5pm.20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays. 2 days holiday to be used for Christmas holiday but given back in lieu.Additional holiday earned after 5 years of service to a capped amount of 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.Private medial and critical illness insurance.
