LAUNDRESS – WARDROBE MANAGER
Live out - Nr Kingston, Surrey
Daily start time 10am – 6-8 hrs per day
Full or Part time hours an option.
An experienced and professional laundress is required for a single gentleman based near Kingston. This position will require a candidate with previous experience working in a similar role in a private residence.
Duties will include:
Extensive wardrobe management Packing and unpacking Steaming, pressing of suits, trousers etc. Ironing business shirts Personal laundry, hand washing of delicate items to include cashmere & silks Organising and managing a large dressing room Basic sewing skills for minor repairs. Organisation of specialist dry cleaning when required.
Housekeeping staff are also employed. All household linens are managed by the housekeepers or external laundry services.
This is a fully staffed household so it is essential that you are a team player with strong communication and organisational skills.
