Large plush grey cat scratching post and beds in one

Mostly great but cats have scratched the sisel of the board at the bottom and some of the attached grey plush has come loose
This can all be glue fixed/replaced with new sisel cheap enough on eBay or Amazon or just remove the lower piece and have it smaller and it'll be perfect
Beds and other perches in excellent condition
Cats are not using it other than as a scratchy and it's taking up space hence sale
