A great terrarium that I've used for years for many generations of stick insects.
I decided that their line was due to come to an end and now the last one has died of old age I am selling their ancestral home.
It opens from the front with two doors, and the top. 30x30x45cm (sharpie for scale).
I have never put substrate in this terrarium as stick insects do not require this (and it makes it really difficult to remove the eggs, meaning you end up with a plague of them) so it is clean.
There is some rust on the top mesh and hard water marks on the glass which do not affect the use but would be easy to wipe off.
I would only recommend this terrarium for invertebrates or perhaps a juvenile crested gecko/other juvenile reptile. It is NOT suitable for an adult reptile as it is too small.
