Job Lot of 70 used classical/choral/opera/operetta/hymn LPs - posers/conductors/orchestras/soloists/etc
We e into possession of a HUGE quantity of records, most of which we don't have the space to store nor the time to sell individually so we are putting them up on here in box-loads!
Each box contains 70-90 used 12\" 33rpm LPs (sometimes doubles, occasionally larger sets).
Each box contains a mixture of genres- rock/pop/country/jazz/easy edy/film+TV soundtrack/opera/big band/instrumental- you name it! But THIS box is wholly made-up of classical/choral/opera/ operetta/hymns and suchlike... so if you like this sort of stuff, or know someone who does, get it while it's hot! ;)
Their condition varies greatly, from poor to perfect- a few are actually still sealed! Some will play perfectly as-is, some will require a clean before doing so, some will jump and/or stick even after cleaning...
The state of the covers is similarly varying...
Buyers will have to take their chances on how well the content of their box plays overall: these are old records and thus 'sold as seen'.
Who would want to buy such job-lots of old albums?
Well, you might be- or might know- a vinyl junkie who likes to try out different genres/artists... if so these will provide you/the recipient with instant cheap 'collections' to audition. ;)
Alternately you might do stalls at car-boots/markets/fairs, and these will provide you with a ready-made box of cheap stock which you can make some money on: as you can see from the tiny '1' stickers on the top-right of many of the sleeves these records were previously on sale for a pound each... ;)
Buyers can pick-up from us in Litherland (North Liverpool). Alternately we will deliver around Merseyside for an extra tenner.
Oh, and if you are elsewhere in the north-west of England my mate Tony MIGHT be able to drop it off to you on his 'work runs' for a tenner... if you're lucky... ;)
(Either option will cost the same regardless of how many boxes are being delivered.)
We WON'T courier these boxes, note: they are too heavy to make this economically sensible for such 'low-end' records, and also vinyl is easily damaged in transit by careless couriers.
There will be LOTS of these boxes going up for auction here over ing weeks: please check 'em out to see if you can grab a bargain... we'll give discounts for multiple boxes- the more boxes bought the bigger the discount. :)
