Project / Deliverables: Can be discussed verbally with the search consultant/search director Status Determination: Inside IR35 Scope of Job: To lead the maintenance and enhancement of my client property Estates Management in support of business objectives, vision and values. To define, champion and manage an Estates Management strategy including capital investment projects (both internally and externally funded), facilities management and revenues generated by the property portfolio. Main Purpose of the role: Define and manage an Estates Management strategy that delivers a prioritised programme for project delivery capital investment and facilities management. Ensure the Estates Management strategy aligns with the wider Business Strategy and the strategies of key stakeholder groups. Maximise the revenue opportunities from tenants and licensees. Execute post implementation investment reviews to identify variations from proposals as authorised and bring forward lessons learnt for use in future schemes. Production and presentation of commercial business cases in support of the property capital expenditure programme.
