The Role: Mingary Castle is in Kilchoan on the Ardnamurchan peninsula, West Coast of Scotland. The business is owned and managed by Colin Nicholson (Chef Patron) and Jessica Thompson (General Manager) since opening in May 2021. Mingary Castle operates as a 5-gold star Restaurant with Rooms, currently holding 2 AA Rosettes. Your main responsibility will be housekeeping for four bedrooms, our public area, light laundry duties and our laundry cupboard. You would be joining a small ambitious team, who are friendly, hardworking, and passionate about hospitality.
Own transport recommended due to location but not essential
Accommodation available
This role consists of 5 day working week April - beginning of January
30 - 35 hours per week
Work for partners may be available in the local area
