Role: House Manager
Days: Monday – Friday (with weekend availability)
Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm
Location: South Miami Beach, Miami, Florida
Salary: $100,000 - £125,000 gross per year
Start: ASAP
For a private family in Miami, we are recruiting for an experienced House Manager to manage the operation of the home and the existing household staff in a ‘roll up your sleeves’ roll.
There is a small team in place including two Housekeepers and a Houseman and you will be responsible for rotas, schedules, arranging holiday and sickness cover etc. You must have good front of house and service experience to welcome all guests to the property and be an ambassador for the family.
The House Manager will carry out daily walkthroughs of the property, liaise with, schedule and oversee all vendors and service providers that visit. You will be responsible for keeping account of the household budget, accounts, invoices and expenses etc.
The family may need the House Manager to assist with some administration duties such as arranging travel and managing the logistics and itineraries. To run errands and to carry out personal shopping for the Principals and items for the house. Ideally, the House Manager should know Miami well and be comfortable driving in the City with a clean driver’s licence.
You’ll need strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence with a really positive outlook and can-do attitude. You need to multi task and be flexible to manage changing priorities.

Possess (/be willing to get) an up-to-date DBS check
Have 5+ years of experience working for a UHNW family in Miami as a House Manager
