Homersapien is based on the hugely successful Robosapien robot - developed by NASA scientist Mark Tilden. Homersapien can pick up, throw, and kick objects, and will even dance around the room. He walks and moves at two different speeds with fluid, slick movements going where you want him to, when you direct him using the Simpson's style remote control. And is even programmed with Kung Fu moves. Naturally, he will also emit Homer catchphrases, belching, snoring and 'Doh!'-ing when it pleases him. (Yes. Not altogether dissimilar from the original male of the household). According to some sources, Homersapien also boasts a selection of 28 secret movements that users will unlock as they explore the remote control and the robot itself.
Homersapien is the perfect fusion of technology & personality: Applied Biomorphic Robotics give him the ability to move and act in humanoid ways! When Homersapien communicates, you will know exactly what he is feeling! Homersapien follows simple & complex commands that can be combined using 4 different programming modes. Program him to do a sequence of up to 84 steps (or 3 demonstration routines) His advanced interactive reflex system allows Homersapien to respond to touch, sound & obstacles in his path: Homersapien is almost human! Multiple levels of environmental interaction, with humans and objects! Features sight, sound and touch senses!
Humanoid body movements including dancing and martial arts actions! Speech: Responds verbally to environmental stimuli and to controller commands! Can pick up and throw things! Stereo Sound Detection System: Homer hears and reacts to sounds! True bi-pedal walking with multiple gaits, 3 demonstration modes, 4 programming modes, Sleep and auto-shut off function.
