Who we are
The Housing Inspector has been providing the private rented sector reports since 2002 and now seek a fast, efficient typist to deal with check-in, check-out, interim and inventory reports. Established interoffice process and good infrastructure allow me to send you a detailed photographic link and voice files for a swift turnaround time back to the clients.
About you ... the only requirements
A love of typing:
would be ideal - your accuracy will set the tone for a successful end of tenancy, as a totally correct typed view at check in is critical to ensure swift return of deposit at check out.
A love of detail:
ensuring descriptive conditions of door, wall, ceiling, lights and so on match the photos and voice files so listening carefully to the digitally recorded dictations is essential.
We produce detailed reports, which are concise, accurate and easy to read.
