Hobby prestige twin wheel caravan with garage professionally built by colt conversions fully checker plated with anchor points shelving lighting black out blinds and fitted by barratt tanks a large 220 litre water tank for jet washing which is linked to the main water tank in the caravan for extra water if needed..
the garage can accommodate two adult motocross bikes or multiple kids bikes also a quad or go kart etc..
Has large fixed double bed and two fixed bunk beds and a double bed can also be made up in the lounge if required sleeping 6 people comfortably..
well cared for and tidy exterior and interior with no damp and air conditioning that has been fitted along with separate shower and toilet by colt conversions.. oven fridge freezer and microwave with on the wall tv wardrobe and lots of storage space.. it is a really clever conversion keeping the garage separate to the living area but retaining all original storage..
recently had 4 new tyres and 2 new leisure batteries.. chassis plate reads 1750kg
And the caravan is 8 foot wide giving you much more space than a camper..
The caravan comes with a nearly new kampa air pro 400 awning which you just slide on and blow up.. that cost £1500
Included in the sale is a large 16kg gas bottle
Spare wheel with jack and axle stands.. full winter storage stretch cover and aqua roll fresh and waste water containers outside steps and extendable mirrors for towing.. all original operator manuals included and the caravan has just had a gas service..
very rarely do you find something like this come up for sale.. I’ve owned it for a few years but just not getting the use out of it with other commitments and will be gutted to see it go..
