This 2014 twin axle Hobby 695 VIP 5 birth has an end bedroom (A-frame end) with central island fixed double+ bed allowing you walk/access to both sides. Bed lifts to provide under bed storage. There is also storage cupboards above and to both sides. There is an added benefit of a mounted JVC Smart TV in the upper right corner of the bedroom area. Sliding doors can provide privacy when needed. The bathroom (in middle of van) has a Thetford cassette toilet, wash basin, shower tap and cupboard space all round. Directly opposite the bathroom is a full size wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully functional and all appliances are in full working order. It comprises a three ring gas hob and a gas grill/oven by Thetford. Beside the hob is a round sunken sink with large drawers below and high level cupboards above. Both the hob and the sink have a black glass cover/hood in order to provide a clear work surface. There is a tall, slimline domestic 3-way fridge/freezer that will operate on gas, electric or battery.
Directly opposite the kitchen is the dinette area consisting of a table with seating to both sides (train seats style) providing storage under seating and further storage above along the outer side. The table leg folds down to allow for a single bed sleeping area.
The main living area consists of u-shaped seating around the outer with lighted display areas in both corners. There is storage cupboards all round above the seating as well as underneath where the on-board water tank is housed as well as the Truma water heater. The main table (not shown in pics) lowers to create another double bed at this end. To the side of this seating area is the Truma gas blow-air heating unit with a shelf above concealing plug sockets and the TV aerial point before giving way to the open space for a TV. Higher above this is a glass display/cocktail cabinet.
All appliances are in good working order including lights, sockets and switches. There is a control panel for the lights and water tank gauge just inside the door and this is also in full working order.
All windows and skylights are fitted with working fly screens and blackout blinds all in good order/condition. Windows also have the original curtains and nets.
Overall the condition of this caravan is very good to excellent, however, there are some signs of wear and tear as you would expect: slight scratch to the main door, small dent on side panel, toilet housing (outer) door has broken hinge but this does not prevent/effect its use, one of the bedroom windows has a small break in the inner double glazed window but it is still water tight and does not prevent/effect its use.

This much loved Hobby van has been sited for the best part of its life, by ourselves for the past 4 years near Padstow and by previous owners in Newquay. Our only reason for selling is we are downsizing due to our children growing up and no longer wishing to holiday with parents.
