Days: 5 days per week
Hours: 7.00am – 7.00pm (2-hour break in the day)

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 gross per annum (DOE)

We are looking for a live-in Head Housekeeper/Cook for a private family in Kensington, London.
You will be working for two Principals who have four children (1.5, 4, 6 and 8 years old). The Head Housekeeper/Cook will be contracted to work 7.00am – 7.00pm (with a 2-hour break in the day) 5 days per week. Flexibility to work at the weekends and have Tuesdays and Wednesdays off is required.
You will be joining a small household team which consists of Nannies and another Housekeeper. The other Housekeeper works part-time, and is responsible for the deep cleaning of the property. You will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and organisation of the property, laundry and ironing, wardrobe management, ordering household items, travel preparation and packing, as well as preparing dinner daily for the family. You will be required to cook European/Mediterranean style cuisine, and healthy nutritious meals.
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience working within an UHNW private household. You will be switched on, organised, professional and highly discreet. This is a busy family home so you must previously have worked for a family with young children, and be happy to work as a team with other household staff.
The family have a secondary residence in Cyprus where they spend school holidays, willingness to travel with the family is essential in this role.

This is a fantastic role for an experienced Housekeeper/Cook looking for a long term position, a full handover with the current full-time Housekeeper will take place.
