Enjoy a touch of luxury in our 2 bedroom Swift Bordeaux Escape holiday home within the popular and beautiful CASTLE LAKE area of Haggerston Castle .
BOOKINGS only £50 deposit 2023
Owners on park for 7years
All our cleaning is carried out by ourselves and we deep clean after each booking .
We are set just back from the lake itself and central to all the parks facilities our holiday home offers full central heating & double glazing plus a gas fire in the living area.
French doors lead onto a roofed & illuminated decked area which includes patio furniture.
Extensive grassed area to the side and rear of patio perfect for children to play safely
Within our living area we have 2 free standing sofas one folds out into a double metal action spring bed so we can comfortably sleeps 6 persons (NO MORE).
There is also a dining table 4 chairs coffee table 2 foot stools, Smart TV and unlimited WiFi
Master bedroom double bed with (domestic mattress) ensuite W/C and also includes Combined TV/DVD.
Twin bedroom also with combined TV/DVD.
All crockery & cutlery, hoover, iron/ironing board, full-size fridge/ freezer plus cleaning products are provided duvets & pillows & our own travel cot can be provided upon request .
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS ( or fresh bed linen can be provided for a small charge if requested )
All gas & electric are included in your hire price.
BOOKING CONDITIONS ARE...
Strictly no smoking or pets.
NO hen parties/stag parties or under 18s without an adult.
Funwork passes are NOT included in price.
Breaks are Fri/Mon, Mon/Fri & 7 night breaks available, please Email, txt or Telephone for more information.
Our prices are from £210 for 3 & 4 night breaks, 7 nights please ask for price £50 non - refundable deposit will secure your holiday date plus a £70 damages / cleaning bond is added to your holiday which is REFUNDABLE once our property has been inspected and found to be damage free and requires no excessive cleaning .
Personal belongings are the responsibility of the hirer .
PLEASE NOTE.. For bookings less than 6 weeks away FULL balance is required
Flexible payment options available upon request
Cancellation’s are not refundable , if you are asked to vacate our property / holiday park by us or park staff for any reason what so ever , we shall not refund any money paid .
