No gas as fitted with highly efficient and effective Infra Red ceiling panels in bedroom and living area and a heated towel rail in the en suite. Fully fitted kitchen with full size oven, 2 ring hob, under counter fridge with small freezer, microwave. En suite has WC, Wash basin and large modern shower unit with Mira shower. Low energy lighting inside and outside.
Extras included: Quality Hybrid Double mattress, high quality sofa bed, Fitted blinds on patio doors and roller blinds on all other windows with blackout blind in bedroom, small folding wall mounted table, lifting lid coffee table giving extra storage and raised height to use for dining, 2 free standing storage units, 2 shelf units, bathroom cabinet, hanging rail in bedroom. Factory fitted smart package including TV, sound bar with Alexa, Colour changing LED ceiling and floor lighting with remote control or voice activation, Alarm and keyless door entry system. Entry steps/patio included. Outside door to small utility/storage cupboard holding the Ariston hot water boiler.
Supplied with unused sewage treatment plant (pliant) so unit does not need access to main sewar which allows off grid siting if neccesary.
Classed as a caravan for VAT and planning. Pod is on 2 sets of wheels for manouevering onto a low loader for transportation and positioning on site. It has 4 corner stays and 4 anchor chains attached.
