YOU WILL NEED
2+ years' experience within marketingExperience with fundraising - events, legacy funding, donations and more .The ability to adapt marketing strategy to differing audiencesStrong communication skills - you will be responsible for all internal and external commsA passion to work within an industry centred around careThe ability to travel between different sites to get content WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
As the sole member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for internal and external communications. You will use our website and social medias with the aim of increasing awareness and therefore occupancy throughout our UK units; controlling everything from nursing care to sheltered housing. A key part of your role will be centred around funding and fundraising, this could range from creating boxes for sponsored events to handling the legalities surround legacy funding and donations. This role requires someone who shows strong reporting and analytical skills to ensure where money is invested there is a viable return for us.
