Overview:
We are a small property management company seeking an experienced and skilled painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work on projects independently and within a team, and consistently produce amazing results. Our company values growth and we are looking for someone who wants to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning and sanding
Applying paint or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
Selecting and mixing paint colours to match specific job requirements
Protecting floors, furniture, and other surfaces from paint and overspray
Cleaning and maintaining painting equipment and tools
Qualifications:
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members
Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
Familiarity with different types of paints, coatings, and finishes
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in painting
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of surface preparation and painting techniques
Ability to operate painting equipment, such as sprayers and rollers
Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment
Good time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines
Strong customer service skills
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in painting
