Ford Transit 190 TD 2.5 XLWB Campervan PLEASE READ ADVERT FIRST

For sale is my lovely old Ford Transit extra long wheel base camper conversion.
Originally bought in 2009.
Previously the van was an ex police riot van.
The front windscreen is super reinforced and all of the windows are carbon fibre.
Lots of time was spent converting the van to a good standard and was used for a lot of trips away.
However, the van has now been off the road for a while and a little neglected.
It now requires a fair amount of welding repairs.
From what I can see both driver and passenger footwells need replacing. Both inner and outer sills require replacing. Rear outriggers and front radiator support have corroded.
Most of all the parts required can be bought easily from ebay as packs.
The van features 2 double beds, one above the front cab and the other is made up of the rear seating area and can be put together in under 5 mins. (see photos)
It also has a small 2 ring cooker run from camping gas and a small wash hand basin.
There is also a fresh water tank under the rear of the vehicle.
You will find lots of storage space as well as 2 x front recaro swivel seats.
A table area can be made up in the seating area of the van too.
Lots of space to the rear of the van which can be used for bikes or luggage etc.
In the front you will find a radio/cd system hooked up to 6 speakers and an amplifier/bass box.
Great sound for weekends away.
As you can see from the photos, lots of time was spent getting it to this standard.
It was put together with fun in mind evident from the colour co-ordination.
The dashboard was also removed and sprayed.
I would make an ideal project for someone and I am sure that with a little time and perseverance, it could be brought to its former glory once again.
