JOB: Flexographic Printer Location: Westbury, Wiltshire Hours of work: Working week is 37.5 hours (all breaks paid for) Pay: Disclosed on Application Riverside Recruitment are recruiting for a Flexographic Printer to join our client, a long established and highly respected manufacturing company on a permanent basis. The Job: Setting up and maintaining print press machines to a high standard and efficiently to ensure swift change overs Remove waste materials and dispose of them correctly Assisting in stripping back and cleaning machines to a high standard Load paper reels on and off machines Monitor materials and order additional supplies when needed, ensuring constant supply Continually quality check products and act on any imperfections immediately Ensure all necessary protective equipment is worn/used at all times Daily machine checks, Identifying safety hazards and reporting Working closely with the Operator and Management team to continually improve quality, process, and production efficiencies. To be considered you will need: Good degree of dexterity in order to maintain speed Print experience (Flexographic, ideally Windm??ller & H??lscher and or Ofem machines) Ability to show good colour matching skills Ability to work from instructions Good time management skills Ability to work toward targets Self-motivated Troubleshooting skills Engineering / Mechanical and practical skills (professional or personal) Quality conscious Excellent housekeeping skills What you will get: Competitive salary, overtime and bonuses Progression opportunities 25 days holiday plus bank holidays All breaks paid (including overtime breaks ) Contributory pension scheme Free work wear On-site parking The hours are Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern and all applicants must be able to cover all shifts: 6am - 2pm (6am 11.30am on Fri) 2pm - 10pm (11.30am 5pm Fri 10pm - 6am (5pm to 10.30pm Fri) No Weekends PLEASE NOTE: Smoking is strictly prohibited on all parts of our client s premises, including at entrances or anywhere on the grounds. This includes the use of electronic cigarettes (\"e-cigarettes\") and vapourisers. Smoking is ALSO not permitted in vehicles operating or parked on site.
