Finance Administrator duties:
Assist with purchasing system enquiriesAssist with month end sales reportingAssist with overdue payment management and debt chasingCustomer credit check managementSubcontractor database management, including liaison with transactional finance team for sub–contractorsAssisting the finance manager with other Finance Administrator tasks Finance Administrator Key Skills:
Able to work well on your own or within a teamExcellent Attention to detailAbility to work well under pressureWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeBasic understanding of bookkeeping and accountancy skills In return the company provide an idyllic working location and will support any new employee with training and guidance. The ideal Finance Administrator will be fully Sage conversant and will have prior experience working in finance, purchase ledger, sales ledger or accounts administration.
