Job Advert: Field Team Leader
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Field Team Leader to join our successful door-to-door marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for training and motivating a small team to deliver results on a daily basis, and for recruiting new members as needed.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales or marketing experience, and a full driving license with access to their own car. Management experience is desired but not essential, as training will be provided.
We offer a basic wage, an excellent commission structure, and bonuses paid weekly. Our staff can expect earnings of £1200+ per week, with some high-earning team leaders earning £2000 per week.
