Female Drummer & Guitarist wanted for mixed lineup (MMFF) originals band

Hi there. Me (Jimmy, bass) and Mike (songwriting and vox) are looking for a female drummer and female guitarist to complete our line up. We like the idea of a mixed gender line-up: it will look great on stage and also for us make a refreshing change in a male dominated amateur scene.
We currently have a five song set ready to hone to a giggable standard and to record into a 5 track EP for release on all the usual. Would like to make it clear that this will be a collaborative effort moving forward; the 5 song set is where we want to start, for a few reasons 1) its an awesome set and works really well 2) it allows us to hit the ground running and get our teeth into playing together and developing some cohesion as a band.
The EP should take long at all to get up to standard, and moving forward all song writers are welcome to bring in material, everyones opinion counts, and we want you to bring your own style into the music. This will be a proper band not some solo artist and his backing band.
Influences include Nick Cave, Joy Division, Springsteen, Nirvana, Alice in Chains, Dylan, The Birthday Party, Bowie, Doors, Frank Carter & the Rattlesnakes etc. The general theme is classic (but in no way cheesy) rock with a harder edge. We're looking for attitude, grit, and character over technical proficiency; neither myself or Mike are virtuoso players, and we don't need or necessarily want session level bandmates.
In terms of general sound, not too much in the way of effects, some distortion here and there, particularly on the bass. We also like a lo-fi approach. If you're still reading, please get in touch. Finding band members is like pulling teeth and we really want to get started. Last of all, we have no preference in terms of age, but for info Mike and I are 40+
