Estate Agent Senior Negotiator / Lister Are you an outstanding Estate Agent with the business acumen and charisma to become the most dominant Estate Agent in town? An established and ambitious independent Estate Agency are looking for a multi skilled Estate Agent with strong selling, listing and closing skills. A generous salary package is guaranteed for high calibre Estate Agents with a GBP23,000 basic salary plus a GBP2,000 car allowance plus a 45p per mile mileage allowance plus personal commission plus 2% office commission paid from day one of the branch pipeline on completed sales plus quarterly bonus based on branch banked business and GBP40,000 to GBP45,000 on target earnings Are you feeling unsettled or undervalued within your current position and just fed up with all the false promises? You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity. Estate Agent Senior Negotiator / Lister Key objectives: - Sales, Valuation and Listing of residential properties, whilst maximising fees and for sale boards. Estate Agent Senior Negotiator / Lister Remuneration: Basic salary GBP23,000 plus GBP2,000 car allowance. On target earnings of GBP40,000 to GBP45.000.
