About the job:
They are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to join their rapidly growing team (currently 5), to manage all aspects of their online marketplace activity.
The individual will play a central role in their B2C operations. The primary objective is supporting their current marketplace operations, as well as identifying and expanding their product offering onto new B2C platforms. The role also expands out to logistics as being first point of contact with their fulfilment partners, along with providing customer service via email to their customers.
They are looking for someone that:
Is motivated by continuous improvement and has excellent attention to detail.
Has proven working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and is comfortable creating basic formulas.
Experience of using Linnworks for inventory and order management.
Has previous experience of selling on Amazon. Experience of selling on Ebay & Etsy is preferred but not essential.
12 months B2C experience in a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
Daily order, price and inventory management using Linnworks
Configure Linnworks to suit business needs via the use of Rules Engine & macros.
Order and inventory management across Amazon UK, EU, US and on Shopify, Ebay, Etsy and Wayfair.
Create FBA shipments to Amazon Fulfilment Centres using flat files.
Utilise Amazon tools such as Sponsored Products, Vine and A+
Create data for all new products, such as SKU’s, titles, descriptions and image reformatting.
Reconcile and approve all product data with suppliers.
Upload all new product data into Linnworks and create product listings across our Amazon, Ebay, Etsy & Wayfair platforms.
Monitor account performance and respond to negative / neutral feedback across all platforms.
Run stock level reconciliation between Linnworks, suppliers and 3rd party fulfilment companies.
Process customer returns / refunds.
First point of contact for couriers to resolve any day-to-day logistics issues.
First point of contact for 3rd party fulfilment companies to resolve day to day order / inventory issues.
Liaise and monitor inbound / outbound stock shipments with relevant parties.
Respond to customer emails within 24 hours (Out of hours work will be required - early mornings and weekends).
