EARLY EARLY 1950's OMEGA SEAMASTER 2627-7 SC Cal. 355 BUMPER AUTOMATIC - VGC
Up for sale is a nice Omega Seamaster ref. 2627-7 cal. 355 bumper, horn lugs staybrite steel case, in as found condition.
The movement is working and ticking away nicely.
Silvered sunburst dial is in good condition for its age with small aging spots and oxidation marks to the raised metal indexes. SWISS at 6.
Steel dauphine hands are matching dial condition with more rusty / oxidation marks here and there.
Omega Cal. 355 early bumper center seconds calendar movement. Watch winds and sets correctly and runs smoothly. Was last serviced in late 2021.
Fancy horn lugs staybrite steel case is in good overall condition. Back like the rest of the case shows various age related marks, however it still retains all its nice features.
Acrylic crystal is in very good condition and probably original to the watch.
Watch remains in as found condition.
Diameter: ~33 mm across, not including the crown.
Crown operates correctly however, this is most likely a later replacement.
All the imperfections are shown in photos.
Any other defects not mentioned in description but visible in the pictures will be considered as described.
