Double room for rent in a lovely refurbished 4 bed detached family home.
House is kept extremely clean and tidy. We are a working family, up early in the morning and to bed early. We would be looking for someone who is looking for a similar lifestyle.
The room is for single occupancy, and no guest stayovers.
We typically take oversees female students, who wish to be in a family environment, and females working their internship in the local area. This works well with our own Daughter.
We have a small yorkshire terrior dog, who is adorable and no trouble.
