Housekeeper/Dog care
This is a part time housekeeping role with responsibilities, including but not limited to, the following:
General housework, hands on cleaning, laundry & Ironing, washing up
Simple cooking/food preparation
Occasional help when entertaining – food preparation and serving
dog sitting/walking
Feeing/Caring for chickens
Occasional Driving
Experienced Gardener/Caretaker
This role is for the caretaking and maintenance of the properties and grounds.
Gardening duties to include, but not limited to:
Lawn maintenance
Leaf Clearing during the autumn/winter months
Managing irrigation system
Hedge cutting, pruning, pest spraying, weeding
Tending vegetable garden
Watering plants and flower beds/pots etc
General maintenance of the property and grounds
Keep all outside area, including steps and terraces clean, tidy and weed free
Maintain large swimming pool & liaise with pany
Weekly cleaning/Valeting, fuelling and general maintenance of a fleet of 4 cars (Range Rover, Discovery, and Mercedes)
High attention must be given to security of the exterior of the entire property
Keep all garages tidy, clean and well organised
Keep greenhouse and workshops clean and tidy
Keeping gutters clear
Occasional Driving – Local runs, airport collections, occasional evenings and occasional trips to London
Outdoor Tennis court maintenance
Help with dog sitting
modation: spacious 2 bedroom, well-furnished cottage provided all bills paid
Salary negotiable depending on experience and hours
