Direct GB Lookout playhouse

The Lookout prises of a playhouse mounted on a raised platform with easy ladder access. With all raised playhouses, safety is paramount so plete with safety fencing around the veranda to prevent any little ones from falling from the platform. For added peace of mind the building has been tested to EN71 standards.
Entry to the building is via the stable inspired front door, and the view outside is provided by one fixed glazed window and one non glazed window with additional shutters. The roof of the playhouse is protected from the elements with included mineral felt. A window box is attached to the outside to further add to the attractive nature of the item.
The timber used to assemble the playhouse has been pressure treated, which provides protection from the effects of wood rot and any potentially insect damage. It is mended that you further stain the item, and of course your free to paint it in whichever colours suit. 12mm Tongue and Groove cladding give the product a real premium finish.
