Hot/ steam pressure washer which can reach temperatures of 30⁰c to 90⁰c.
Its equipped with a Diesel water boiler governed by a adjustable thermostat, it has a 15L fuel tank with low fuel alert and fuel filter on the fuel pump which has been changed.
The High pressure water pump has had a brand new OEM seal kit fitted with additional low pressure seals when oil was changed. Still need to be worn in.
Very powerful machine, has a lot of Kickback and lots of pressure
I also replaced the 240v cable for a flexible rubberised 10m long cable which has been pat tested at 500v
All pleted:
New HP /LP pump seals
A New 22m HP hose adapter
New fuel filter.
New LP inlet mesh filter
new diesel and tank flush
New motor oil 15/30w
New run capacitor
New brass quick connector for hose pipe.
Boiler burner has been de coked and any limescale has been removed using a non-destructive water down solution of white vinegar.
Pressure washer has been fully tested thoroughly and I can confirm that the pressure washer is working faultless. I am super pleased with the way it has turned out and I am even more impressed with the performance and power of this machine, the pump is strong and has many more years of life in it. The burner is clean and ignites without issue thermal coupler has been tested and it cuts out when desired temperature has been reached.
I can honestly say with all my years of repairing this has got to be one of the most well built pressure washers I have ever had the pleasure of servicing. also you will be pleased to know that spare parts and technical help are still widely available for this machine
