Design Team Lead

We are looking for a Design Team Lead to lead a multi-disciplinary design team and advance the creative offering of a thriving in-house agency in Birmingham. This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working, and a salary of GBP40k-GBP44k depending on experience. The Company Our client is a thriving creative communications agency operating within the education sector and delivering multi-platform solutions. Their growing team of creative, production and client services are working on a huge scope of projects across design & print, digital, animation and video. Their spacious premises are located in impressive buildings close to Birmingham city centre with easy access by car, train and bus. The Role As Design Team Lead, you will play a strategic role in helping advance the creative and design offering of the agency, working closely with the Head of Creative. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of designers and oversee the delivery of the very best integrated creative solutions, driving creative concepts, innovation, and trend insight throughout. You will be responsible for strategic planning across all design production to ensure all projects are delivered efficiently and effectively, and within budget. About You You have solid experience as a Senior Graphic Designer and have solid experience in leading and mentoring a design team. You will have proven experience in art directing multi-disciplinary projects including digital and multi-channel campaigns. You are passionate about all aspects of creative and love keeping up to date with the latest innovations and trends, continuously developing your own skillset as well as that of the team, sharing knowledge and pro-actively putting forward ideas to support clients challenges and drive business growth. You have advanced skills in the full Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
