This role is a 12 month FTC covering maternity leave, it is a hybrid role and you will be required to attend the office 2/3 times a week. Key Accountabilities Lead out the planning, deployment and execution of Demand Planning functions continuous improvement projects Effective and efficient Communication between the commercial stakeholders, procurement team and franchises to agree on a total category forecast and the prioritised product level. Cleansing and Tagging of historical sales data towards producing a Baseline Demand profile from statistical/other methods for all products. Adherence to agreed meeting schedule across the month and action-orientated format to enable demand forecasting figures and forecast performance reviews per customer. Ensure agreed time horizons are built within the demand forecast. Promotions: assessing the impact of targeted activity, mechanics and tracking versus agreed timelines. The promotional forecast will be in addition to the agreed baseline. Customer (Franchise) Collaboration: Work closely with our franchise supply chain teams to ensure alignment ref launches, delists, range changes, packaging changes, and promotions and to optimize Oakhouse metrics/costs. Skills and Experience Demand planning experience within FMCG environment Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Awareness of Demand planning systems, working models is essential. Numeric analytical skills. Prioritisation of workload and areas of focus based on impact assessment. Strong communication and presentation skills within and across business functions. Ability to operate within a Matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders demands Build relationships internally and externally (customer supply chain teams). Desire to seek for continuous improvement. Attention to detail: professional, accurate and efficient way of working.
