Dehler optima 101 Sailing yacht

My yacht Second Love is reluctantly for sale in Poole.
She is a 1986 dehler optima 101 10.1 m long, 1.2 m draught weighing around 5 tonnes.
She has a working and reliable Yanmar 2GM20F engine on three blade prop and shaft ( brand new last year)
I have purchased the VirCru sensor pack for the boat that connects to the App on my phone also, this system is included in the cost of the vessel.
The bad points are a few cracks that need filling, ( all above water line ) she was repainted last year but due to the mooring buoy chafing the bow in bad weather last year I need to paint again, I hope to get this sorted soon.
The stern tube is weeping around the fibreglass, this needs cutting back and glassing again. This has a temp patch.
There are a few annoying electronic components that need fixing such as the bow nav lights and the mast head lights.
The sails are old and need replacing for anybody hoping to get her shifting, I replaced the spray hood two years ago as you can see in the picture.
The Garmin wireless system is setup but intermittent. I have added a very basic GPS to the chart table as a second form of Lat&Long for chart work.
Inside I have tied it up and have a cheap cover onto the cushions to smarted her up but she is looking a little dated.
For the right owner who is handy and able to spend a week or so on her in the yard doing the annoying jobs she will reward you with being an amazing sailing, stable boat with performance characteristics.
Happy to show anybody around and for the right person they can take my mooring in Poole harbour for the first three months of ownership to give them time to find a home.
