A Damp and Mould Surveyor required immediately for a Housing Association in Leicester, on a 6 month contract overseeing damp & disrepair issues. As the Damp & Mould Surveyor, you will be covering housing stock all around Birmingham, with business mileage covered. Damp and Mould Surveyor duties: Undertake intrusive full property damp and mould assessments in customers homes Conduct a condition survey in order to establish the condition of the residence Manage remedial works delivered through external contractors Assist in regular contractor performance meetings, monitor contractor performance and ensure continuous improvement and develop improvement plans where needed To be successful as the Damp and Mould Surveyor, you need: Previous experience identifying and dealing with Damp & Mould. Experienced Surveyor with Social Housing or Local Authority experience. HNC or HND qualification or vast experience in damp and mould Experience of preparing, monitoring and managing contract works from minor contracts to complex contracts and reporting on and controlling expenditure of approved budgets.
