Customer Service Executive

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Bristol. Your role will be to ensure the retention of profitable customers through providing added value to their customer experience. You will also be required to build internal relationships with key stakeholders. Key responsibilities Contribute to the growth of our client order bank through building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers. Responsible for responding to and processing incoming calls, and monitoring sales email addresses in a timely fashion, displaying excellent written and spoken communications. Processing sales orders as required including organising handover meetings that are required between departments. Keeping customers informed of build progress updates and completion of monthly/weekly SLA s. Notifying customers of vehicle completions and arranging handover/delivery as required. Maintain contact with customers to obtain feedback regarding product/service quality. Organising and managing 3rd party contractors as required. Ensure quality data is uploaded into internal systems in a timely manner. Administrative support to other team members as required. Answering inbound calls and enquiries from customers with regards to lead times. Requirements Experience of direct contact with customers is essential. Strong communication and telephone skills required. Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external customers. High level of accuracy required in all work produced Ability to track several projects, client accounts, and activities simultaneously High degree of computer literacy. Benefits Salary of GBP25,000 - GBP29,000 per annum Hours: 8:30-4:30 (Mon-Fri) 23 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
