_ THE SPACE
An impressive public facing studio with natural light through the large glass front. The space would work well as an office, a dual workspace/showroom, or retail space.
This studio is part of our newest collection of spaces at Hackney Downs Studios. This ambitious conversion of an old hangar space features a total of 17 design-led creative workspaces varying in size from 297 to 1128 square feet.
Hangar 4 benefits from a private entrance and easy loading access, ideal for businesses that have large amounts of incoming and outgoing post.
This adaptable workspace has been constructed to celebrate the original materials and features of the space including restored concrete floors and modern lighting touches, creating a contemporary and harmonious place to work from.
The studio layout has been centralised around maximising outdoor spaces, with plans in future for landscaping in these areas to create a dwelling to relax and socialise in.
