Grab a bargain!! Cosy static caravan in excellent condition with large wood decking at Parkdean St Minver's Holiday Park in North Cornwall, close to Padstow.
I moved away from the UK and after having very successfully rented out the caravan for 4 years I'm now putting it up for sale to let someone else enjoy it for the time it can remain on site, which is until 31 December 2026. After that date you either have to upgrade to a newer model or sell it off-park. The advantage of already occupying the plot is that it's in a prime location, close to the shop and swimming pool yet very private.

- 2 bedrooms: large master with en-suite toilet and handwash basin and ample storage space and a twin room with cupboard and overhead storage space.

- Shower room with toilet and handwash basin and storage space.

The park is open 10 months, from early March to early January. Site fees for 2023 are £4,636.84.
