Excellent opportunity for a Construction Site Operative / Tank Installer to join a well-established company based in Derby.
The Company:
Established for almost 40 years, the company has a wealth of experience in the design and construction of sectional steel tanks and the associated foundations. As Goodwin Tanks Limited operate within the water industry, all employees have been assigned the status of ‘critical worker’ which provides job security whilst operating during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Due to further growth, they are now looking for a Tank Installer / Construction Site Operative to join their team.
Role and responsibilities; but not limited to
Capable-all-rounder to work throughout the UK in a small gang carrying out sectional steel tank installation and basic civil engineering works.
Some local work but mainly working away during the week with some weekend working.
Candidate Requirements:
Full UK driving licence essential, CSCS card and some basic experience of a construction site work essential.
Any other relevant certified training would be advantageous (e.g., CPCS, PASMA, IPAF, working at height, first aid, abrasive wheels, confined spaces, etc.)
Pickup Derby/Barnsley area ideally
All necessary training and tools provided.
In return the company is offering a Competitive hourly rate, Negotiable depending on training and experience.
