We are currently recruiting for a Commis to join the kitchen brigade at the Royal Oak, poynings near brighton. The Commis Chef will assist in the preparation of food, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.

The ideal Commis Chef will have the following:
Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen,
High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen
Possess a willingness to meet the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment
