You will come on board as a Cell Leader for our day shift, setting, operating, and/or programming both manual & CNC machines - Haas, DOOSAN LYNX 2600 SY to name a few in Milling and Turning. Join the established team now!

Key Responsibilities of the Cell Leader
Delivering area work schedule to the required output and quality.Leading the team in your area providing accountability, and delegating work priorities as appropriate.Working to company KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and driving improved performance.Ensuring good timekeeping and working to company procedures for all employee.Expediting kit parts to achieve shop schedule requirements.Applying manual machining knowledge and skill to produce parts to drawings.Achieve maximum output by achieving target times and by resourcing flexibly around breaks and machining activities.This Cell Leader role would suit candidates with CNC engineering or manufacturing experience, and experience in engineering and reading engineering drawings.
