CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR FOR A LUXURY ASSET AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY

Chace People are working on behalf of our client, a luxury asset and project management company for UHNWI's, to find them a superstar Client Services Director.
The successful candidate will be accountable for operating their international property portfolio to the highest possible standards, ensuring that all clients have an exceptional experience when visiting their luxury properties around the world. This global role encompasses the provision of leadership and direction to the business on all matters related to achieving the pinnacle of client service which includes residence management, lifestyle management and maintenance.
Responsibilities will include:
Being accountable for operating a global portfolio of properties across the UK, Europe and North AmericaBeing accountable for developing, implementing and evolving a unique and recognisable property and asset management strategy and approach that establishes the company as a market leader and brandSetting and establishing a consistent global standard and approach for the management of private residences and the delivery of client servicesBeing responsible for tailoring our service to individual clients, identifying and pursuing new opportunities that represent value to both the clients and the companyDeveloping and leading operational service excellence by utilising and implementing technology, including implementing customer relationship management (CRM) and workflow management, to ensure consistency in delivery, reduce cost and improve management informationBeing the leading external face of property and lifestyle managementFacilitating all client visits to ensure that exceptional client experience is guaranteed when visiting their properties and limited stress is applied to the businessImplementing strategies, frameworks and processes that are transformational to client experiencesBeing accountable for ensuring that all clients' requests are resolved promptly and to the highest possible standard, whether related to the properties or notDeveloping alternative and complementary revenue streams for the business which provide recognised value to our clientsOwning the resourcing model for all properties and overseeing the management of both permanent and temporary staff to ensure flawless execution of our servicesEnsuring that best practice Health and Safety processes and procedures are implemented and strictly adhered to at the properties by all employees and temporary staffBeing accountable for developing a world class supply chain that delivers unrivalled levels of service and performance for our clientsSetting implement and monitor the global procurement strategy for all international propertiesRegular property reporting to highlight opportunities, risks and issues relating to the effective operation of the property portfolioAdvising Project Teams on all items related to effective property and asset operationDeveloping preferred suppliers and building relationships with these suppliers to ensure that the company and its clients always receive a priority serviceMonitoring and managing supplier and employment agency performance, including performance reviewsBeing on call for the resolution of client requests as required to ensure timely and effective resolutionProviding leadership, direction and management of operational resourcesBeing a leading player in the continuous formal and informal education, training, mentoring and professional development of team members to promote their continuous improvement and development and to enable the company to deliver projects at the highest possible levelsAssisting with the recruitment and induction of additional team members and resources as required to ensure properties are operating to the highest possible standards
