Classic Mini 1000

Classic Mini 1000 1972, 2 previous owners.
My wife has decided to sell her mini, she got it a couple of years ago from a friend who had owned it for years but stopped driving and parked it up in a dry garage in 2006!
We were going to put it back on the road but haven't gotten round to it so have decided to let it go.
The fuel tank has been cleaned out and fresh fuel put in we have had it running although with a jump start as the battery is flat and really needs replacing, the battery does charge when running.
The brakes are free but the clutch pedal is very stiff so the clutch probably needs freeing off.
As you can see from the pictures it has had some welding and being over 50 years old will probably need some more as to be expected but doesn't look too bad, subframes look ok from what I can see.
The carpets were removed before being stood so the floor remained dry, but we don't have the carpets.
It also has a towbar fitted!
The keys and V5 are present but we don't have any other paperwork/ history.
Included is a new oil filter and oil, window winder handles and wiper blades which were bought before we decided to sell.
It's an original Mini that needs a bit of TLC and a new home.
