Chef required
Description : 23 Mar, 2023
We're looking to hire a chef to join our busy kitchen based in a local Edinburgh Golf Club. We serve an all day menu from Breakfast through to evening meals and also cater for events. We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual who isn't afraid of getting stuck in and moving between kitchen stations. We serve a mix of pub classics and bistro style dishes, but we always look to add new things to the menu.
Some example responsibilities below:
Cooking experience / Skills required in busy kitchen
Ensure all food safety standards are followed.
Operating in compliance with all Health & Safety legislations.
Must have real passion for the kitchen and delivering food to the highest standard
On site parking is available and for those that don't drive we are on a local bus route with a stop just outside.
