Create are looking for a site manger with a strong carpentry skill set. The role is on the tools but will require previous experience of running small to large projects.
The ideal applicant will have the following experience:
- Strong 1st and 2nd fix carpentry skills.
- Experience of managing labourers.
- Exxperience of managing subcontractors
- Calculating and ordering materials.
- Liasing with clients.
- Be able to work to instruction.
Strong communication skills and a calm manner are a must, as are own tools and van.
