Our lovely spacious large caravan, booking up fast

Large, clean and spacious static caravan will comfortably sleep 4 in beds

1 double bedroom quite large with fitted wardrobes, oil filed radiator, tv, newly decorated

1 bedroom with 2 single beds storage space, floor radiator, newly decorated

Pillows and quilts provided. You will need to bring your own quilt covers, pillow covers and towels etc

Also in the living room and dining room there are 2 settees which can be slept on, comfortably sleep 2 small children (not pullout) the settees do not convert into beds

Bathroom with toilet soft close seat, basin and built in shower, mirror, new flooring.

Dining area with table and soft settees.

Kitchen with microwave, oven, sink, grill, toaster utensils, plates, cups etc, new flooring

Living area with tv, books, games, gas fire, electric heater.

Some games to play and books to read.

No wi fi on site.

Large veranda with table and four chairs to relax and chill out, two gates close suitable and safe for kids and dogs.

Opposite the site is a new pub where you can eat, M&S food outlet, Aldi store, B&M store for all your needs during your stay

Within a 2 minute walk Close to shops, restaurants including a chinese, fish and chips, Indian, Italian, steakhouse, kebabs, pubs, supermarkets, just up the road and a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre with arcades, fair, pubs.

There is no clubhouse on the site itself, it is ideal for families and couples

Sorry no hens or stag parties or all male or female groups site rules.

Small Pets dogs welcome FREE please enquire first though, they must be kept on a lead at all times on the site and not left in the caravan on there own unattended at any time without exception.

A cleaning charge is not made, however a £50 refundable bond is taken, it is based on trust, being the best way we think to do business and a condition of rental is to leave all areas of the caravan clean and tidy before leaving including washing up and putting away and removing all rubbish to the bins provided, please leave our home clean, if new guests arriving after you complain of a mess a charge will be made directly to you from the bond made, your co-operation with this is appreciated to keep our costs down.

You will need to bring your own linen for beds, quilts, pillows, your own towels, shampoo, toilet roll etc

There are cleaning materials and a Hoover in the caravan.

Strictly no smoking in the caravan no exceptions, deep clean charges will apply.
