• We have a excellent 3 bed caravan with 1 double room and 2 twin rooms. Plus pull out bed in lounge. Plus I have a travel cot when required.

• fully equipped kitchen microwave , kettle , toaster , gas cooker , full size fridge / freezer, George foreman , cups / plates etc

• All fresh bedding included with new arrivals and ready made for you.

• brand new blinds throughout the caravan with excellent views. As well as GCH throughout.

• two toilets one of them with shower and spacious.

• plenty of storage in bedrooms / lounge / kitchen

• free excellent Wi-Fi / Gas & Electric included.

• 32 “ tv in double room & lounge with DVD & freeview / internet channels also plus dvd player & selection of dvds & children games.

• large veranda around the front & side of the caravan with seating / table with excellent with lighting and views of countryside of north/East Yorkshire & also fishing lake with own platforms / boating lake also.

• brand new gas boiler only fitted last year.

• welcome pack for all your information around & about the area place to go etc.

• key safe on veranda for easy collections for your holiday keys instead of going to reception.

•. Tower cool fan for all warm weathers.

Plenty to do on park - Family entertainment/ Bars / Burger King / Evening shows for all families / laundrette on site / Convenience shops, Gifts / Sales,Reception for any information needed / outdoor play areas, football courts,go karts,swimming pools,junior segways,Pic&paints for all families / arcades / papa johns / family restaurants / outside play park plus a lot more to explore for all the families.

Also there is a bus service to & from the park from Scarborough/ Filey / Bridlington & other areas to visit.
