Prestige 3 bedroom Caravan at Craig Tara Holiday Park size 12,3ft x 38ft with Full Wrap around Veranda (child safety gate). With ramp access. Brilliant sea Views from decking with Rattan Furniture and table.
It is fully Double Glazed and has Central Heating in all rooms.
Sleeping 8 (2 single beds in twin rooms) (one double bed in master bedroom) sofa pulls out to double bed as well.
The Lounge is exceptionally spacious and decorated with a modern stylish design. It is equipped with 40” Flat Screen TV with DVD player. DVDs supplied also. There is also free WiFi with Netflix subscription.
The modern fully fitted kitchen comprises of an oven with a hob, integrated full size Fridge freezer, microwave oven, toaster, George Foreman and kettle, dishes crockery etc and an ironing board with iron. Babychair can be requested also.
The Dining Area has free-standing Dining Table and 4 dining chairs.
There is 3 Bedrooms as stated above.
The Master Bedroom has a Double Bed, full size wardrobe with drawers and a dressing table. There is also a 32” TV/DVD combi. This bedroom has en-suite aswell. A travel cot is also supplied.
Twin rooms have 2 single beds with set of drawers and cupboard. Both rooms have 22” TVs also with free view.
Shower room has Power Shower with thermostatic controls. Wash hand basin and toilet.
A vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board and hairdryer all all supplied.
Towels and bedding also provided along with extra if required.
There is a Private Car Parking space at the side of Holiday Home.
A Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Alarm, CO Detector and first aid kit are provided for your safety.
Location: Caravan is located beside the 9 hole golf course of Craig Tara situated in the street “Muirfield Close” it is a 2 minute walk to beachfront and 5 mins opposite direction to complex, shops etc.
