Iveco Daily LWB 2002

Reluctantly selling our camper van as we have a new addition to the family.

A perfect off grid home for anyone looking to live in a van or a good size family camper for those with little ones or a new project if you want to gut it all and have all the bits to reinstall.. still has a few bits that could be done. Ive listed everything that it comes with, as well as everything that we haven’t got round to doing. There are USB ports and plug sockets dotted around the van for easy access. I’ve taken as many photos as possible and you are more than welcome to come view it (Dorset). Here’s a lengthy description -

Kitchen -
- 12v & gas fridge with a little freezer compartment- currently hooked up to 12v
- Full size new sink with hot and cold tap, both are hooked up to a pump and 40L barrel water tank
- Brand new gas boiler which is connected to the sink hot tap but need another pump to run it to the shower outlet
- Propane Gas tank
- Full size new gas oven with 4 ring hob
- Manual extractor vent
- Loads of storage
- Cat flap out the back door
- Red quarry tiles and wood mosaic floor - all in place but we never got round to sticking it down.

Toilet/shower -
- we opted for a compost loo DIY, the urine goes into a 12L water tank and the dirty waste goes into a .. bucket.
- We have installed a fan into the dirty waste bucket which extracts out the roof of the van so it doesn’t get smelly.
- The shower taps are good to go, you just need to connect a shower. And as said above, the hot water pipe needs a pump going from the boiler to the outlet.
- Drainage hole
- 2 boxes of storage (we used for sawdust and toilet roll)

Bed/living area -
- Massive seating area that turns into a massive bed with storage underneath all seats. The seat by the side door comes out and can be used as a step into the van - making the seating area a bit more open so you can get in and out easy.
- The bed is bigger than a king size.
- X3 cupboards above we used for clothes storage.
- Wardrobe with shelf above, full length mirror and hanging space, x2 drawers below and shoe space.
- Black out curtains
- Overhead storage
- Scaffolding boards down as flooring

Bits and bobs area/charging station -
- Handy to have a side to put your cup of tea on or somewhere your candles can go. X2 shelves and x2 drawers with large shoe space below.
- Radio/stereo with usb (speakers need rewiring back in).

Loads of under bed storage -
- Diesel heater - we have not used and I think it needs rewiring (apparently it does work - from the last owners)
- 240 heater - works great with a flick of a switch.
- 240 inverter
- Fuse box
- X2 leisure batteries
- Solar control

Up front and outside-
- 2 seats, passenger is a swivel
- Reverse camera
- Stereo
- Power steering
- Awning
- Access via back doors
- Spare wheel

General -
- Chugs along nicely, has a 60mph limit and acceleration cuts out if you push it above.
- X2 solar panels (only 1 connected)
- MOT until may 2023
- 218,242 miles
- Speedometer doesn’t work so we use Google maps to tell us our speed (this hasn’t affected previous MOTs)
- Flick switch to go between solar charging and mains charging
- Drivers door doesn’t lock from the outside
- X2 ceiling lights (x1 Led)
- Led lights around seating area

What needs doing -
- Other solar panel needs connecting
- Pump to go in via boiler - shower
- Diesel heater needs rewiring
- Speaker sound system needs rewiring
- Kitchen floor needs sticking down
- Various aesthetic little bits (toilet door need a handle)
