A selection of small sized studios available at Eat Work Art’s newly launched site in Camberwell - Cornerstone Studios.

These workspaces are ideal for those in the creative industries including Architecture, Art, Digital Design, Fashion, Publishing, Photography, Media Production and more.

Ranging between 118-290 square feet and suitable for modating up to 7 individuals, these well-proportioned studios are located over the first, second and third floor of EWA’s newest site, all conveniently placed by lift access and nearby munal areas and facilities.

Most of these studios benefit from impressive high ceilings and plentiful natural light through beautiful original arched windows. These polished spaces provide a sense of spaciousness with their open plan setting and/or glass front onto bright internal corridors.

The interiors have been restored to maintain the character and original features, including fireplaces, built-in wooden shutters and traditional ceiling coving. Each space is striking and boasts as much in style as they do in functionality.
